Pros

Quality curriculum resources and always improving. Access to essential materials like printing, markers, etc. Strong leadership and frequent coaching.

Cons

Coaching can feel like micro-management, especially if having trouble with classroom management. Emphasis on data can be excessive. Very competitive between teachers and schools.
