AF Apollo = A+

Pros

AF took me right out of college, being a 21 year old, with absolutely no teaching experience, and they welcomed me with open arms from the first day I met with them. The team atmosphere is unlike anything I could have imagined. I go to work everyday with a smile on my face excited to start my day. I am surrounded by so many people who work their hardest to make sure our scholars are being as successful as possible. I would not have wanted to start my teaching career anywhere else!

Cons

The con about Apollo or any charter school would just be the long hours.
