      Pros

      Everyone who works at Achievement First is truly committed to seeing their scholars to and through college. It's very fulfilling to work among colleagues who all share the same passion and are dedicated to being their best, both personally and professionally. AF's professional development is second to none as well. All in all, if you are looking for a job in ed reform, AF is the place to be.

      Cons

      Like any job in ed reform, there are days when you'll work long hours, but it was my experience that AF really values a work/life fit and will go above and beyond to help you have a meaningful career and personal life.
