Pros

Lots of coaching for teachers, sometimes it's genuine feedback and support. Most of the teachers are pretty great people too.

Cons

Corporate business mindset that basically assigns a spreadsheet to any and every problem. Oppressive structures that don't help kids learn independence. Too many demands in a day, ZERO work life balance. If you are offered "support" on something, what it really means is that they're about to treat you like you're a child and that you're going to work twice as hard. It's not fun. Run away.

Pros

Great work environment Tons of Feedback Passionate Employees Awesome Mission Wonderful Students Leadership is exemplar Lots of room for growth

Cons

You will be required to work extremely long hours. This gets very exhausting and makes it hard to have a good work/life balance.
