      Diverse staff, strong student-teacher relationships, leaders are understanding and empathetic, strong emphasis on safety and positive school culture,

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, Disorganization and miscommunication between leadership and staff, limited resources for educators, limited support/opportunities for growth for teachers to improve in their craft, ineffective interventions for students with exceptional needs. Staff is diverse but lacks push for understanding of antiracist attitudes. Terrible health insurance benefit

      * some cool people work there * good pay

      Cons

      *should have believed the other negative reviews, they are accurate *disorganized in multiple ways *don't ask for feedback from schools and folx on the ground before making major impactful decisions for them (which are not always well received and they don't care) *some staff are majorly toxic and nothing is done about it *people in executive or higher level positions will lie to your face regarding the security of the job or organization as a whole
