      -lots of favoritism. You will get promoted if you are friends with the higher ups. -company is very ageist. If you are older you will not even get interviews. I have heard them throw out resumes for people who are old. -DEI in the organization is a mess and is causing lots of culture issues.

      , only focus and procedure but not academics. When I got hired, they offered a 5000 bonus. I see why to cause a lot of staff quit once ms Diallo Marrie became principal. She doesn't know about principalship at all. Please go back to school to learn how to run the school. and you can get sick mentally and physically.
