Pros

so far everything seems to be positive, as I haven't had any on the job training yet, but it does seem like a good fit for me!!

Cons

Completing the new hire packet after orientation gets a little confusing as far as directions on where to start and what to do, other than that I have nothing but positive heading into my new job, it seems like a great fit for me!

Pros

- flexible work schedule, and can work more or less a day if you need to. - as a single mom, this job allows me to get my kids to school, go to work, and then finish my day when school is over. I can still be a parent while also working a job... I didn't used to be able to be with my kids as much working other jobs. - no one bosses you around. You get your assignments, complete them and you are responsible for you. - open a Roth IRA and Acosta contributes a certain % - this is a very moving and active job so if you like to get your steps in this is for you. - if you want more hours, it's more than likely you'll get them. Managers can request overtime and more than not it gets approved.

Cons

-the pay is not that great. - it's difficult to get at 40 hr work week. You might have 40+ hours for the week and end up only working for 20 hours. As part time you need more than 1 store to get decent hours. - it can be difficult to get cooperation from your store staff which leads to less hours and getting put on a list as incomplete. - it's very difficult to get responses from your Manager if they don't use the applications available on your device. - there's not really any incentive to do more than what you're being asked. You actually get paid by the minute.... It used to be every quarter hour... That was better than. - some of these projects and jobs are very difficult because they are heavy or awkward. I have broken a few nails, have many cuts and scars, a few bruises and ruined clothes. - sometimes more is expected of you than what it's worth. You might find yourself saying you don't get paid enough to do this.
