As part time you need more than 1 store to get decent hours. - it can be difficult to get cooperation from your store staff which leads to less hours and getting put on a list as incomplete. - it's very difficult to get responses from your Manager if they don't use the applications available on your device. - there's not really any incentive to do more than what you're being asked. You actually get paid by the minute.... It used to be every quarter hour... That was better than. - some of these projects and jobs are very difficult because they are heavy or awkward. I have broken a few nails, have many cuts and scars, a few bruises and ruined clothes. - sometimes more is expected of you than what it's worth.
