      Pros

      Been working for Mosaic for 1 year and have 20 yrs experience in Merchandising. Mosaic is the best company I have worked for in the trade. Well organised, straight forward you always know were you are going. Supervisor is great, you are treated like a human and not a machine.

      So many cons the pay is terrible, you will never receive a raise, they constantly change policy but don't inform their employees. They will probably be facing class action lawsuits soon for how the don't pay their employees for all the work they do.
