No transparency, company policies constantly changing, working remotely but required to be in an office with people you don't work with, laughable pay, terrible and expensive benefits, employees treated like children, what little communication they do offer bypasses managers/supervisors leaving employees confused with nobody to answer questions, made aware of changes only after they take effect, outdated systems, poor training and development, employees feel bullied and betrayed, no sense of value or purpose.
