Pros

The organization is large enough and diverse enough across its offerings that Acosta provides employees the opportunity to experience and cross functionally. Acosta leverages the 8 ways of working as its guiding principles, of which one is being talent obsessed and it resonates across the organization through the development of people. Being a nearly a 100 year old organization that has grown through acquisition which offers us the opportunity to drive change and transformation for the next 100 years. This is evident by the influx in new leadership at the SLT level to challenge the norms and reimagine the future at Acosta. These behaviors tie back to embrace change and progressive and disruptive behaviors which flow back to the 8 ways of working. As a sales and marketing company Acosta's success is driven by our clients. All activities we do are done looking at how they impact our clients and what value it will deliver back to them. Continuing to be client and customer focused by collaborate internally and with clients.

Cons

Being such a large organization with a number of business units one can get lost if you are not an advocate for yourself or fall under a strong leader. You also need to work to develop a clear career plan either yourself or with your manager and be lazer focused on it or you could find yourself doing the same thing 5 years into your career.
