      Pros

      Hired on as a full time remote associate which was exactly what I needed for myself and family. This position and Acosta have allowed me to grow personally and professionally, being that my experience had not come from the CPG side of the business. My Acosta leadership has been one of the most supportive, encouraging, patient and individual focused group.

      Cons

      Sometimes, I miss the face-to-face interactions but schedule meetings with individuals so I can satisfy this need.
