      Pros

      The people that I work with on a daily basis are the Pro. We are all hard-working people and I feel like we have the strongest merch teams nationwide.

      Cons

      The downside to working at Acosta. I would have to say during my 13 years of employment it would be trying to get qualified applicants that stay longer than 90 days. It takes a lot of work to work with each rep individually to ensure retention. We work in such a specialized occupation it's difficult find people who can do the work and like the work.
