Not getting paid for driving hours all over wny for a job that might not even be there when you arrive.

Too many to list, but I worked there over ten years the company merged a couple times while I worked there which gave me hope that there was a light at the end of a long tunnel, ten years later never a single raise, never a promotion, three cars totaled rushing all over WNY for these people, total scumbags they don't have an ounce of humanity in their souls. They will only criticize you and make it seem like you can get a promotion, but believe me ZERO PROMOTIONS! I've witnessed 30 people come and go it never works out, Its a scam company praying on poor job seekers, they hire you make you think you could make a career out of it and just keep lying to you the entire time. Also they spy on you through the work tablet, its an invasion of privacy and just plain gross. College graduates BEWARE this company will waste your career away, steal all your personal information and sell it to third parties for profit. God only knows the extent of the privacy invasion, these people are sick and should be reported, but its one of these too big to fail companies that is nationwide and cannot be interfered with. The job itself has its own set of problems, for example, get called in to do a reset 3 hours away at 5am and the set captain and any/all workers no show, and then they blame you even though you were there wasting your life away at 5am, this literally happened to me too many times to count over 10 years, these people are literally scumbags, they will never admit when they are wrong...EVER, which IS the WORST TRAIT you can have in any business.
