Really Good Learning Experience and educational learning.

I worked here for a few weeks and they were really nice and helpful but during the interview process they do not inform you of how you have to work 6 days a week and you have to come into work 2 hours before you actually start working to talk about how to “Overturn No’s” and get the customers to buy the product without them wanting to along with the fact that you have to drive 15-20 mins extra to go to a grocery/retail store to actually work which they do not compensate you for gas. Also they told me I was gonna be $900 for commission and my check was only $200 I asked them about it and they told me it was my fault and that I didn’t contact the customers to make sure they activated their plans. Which they didn’t tell me to do before hand. Before you work here please read all of the bad reviews. They have their current workers to come and leave good reviews so that you do not see the bad ones.

Since June 2020, we have improved our orientation and onboarding training. Throughout the three-day paid training, our management team reviews all client and compliance information. Which the mentioned issues you experienced would have been clearly covered in depth. Additionally, we have accountability measures in place to ensure our team avoids any of those issues which not only impacts our clients but our company as well. Nonetheless, we are happy to know you had a neutral outlook on our business and team. We do value our team here and the positive culture we cultivate through team events, community involvement opportunities, and networking conferences! Pros

I learned which traits are required to succeed in an inside sales role/company and the continuous activity on a day to day basis leads to the results you want and need down the road.

Cons

First two weeks can be rough adapting to company expectations, but there is a nice bonus

Pros

I started with Acquire about 2 months ago. I have already been promoted and was invited to a leadership dinner with professionals from across the East Coast at the Angus Barn. It was the coolest experience to be networking with the CEO of our company but also other CEOs.

Cons

I wish we could do more bonus dinners!
