I've worked here since November and I can say things are completely different. It has been a great couple of months with new clients and company SOP. No limit to what you can achieve here if you take charge of your career.

Cons

Acquire is constantly making changes to the way they run the business. Asking a lot from everyone for feedback.

Pros

Acquire does a great job of preparing a training marketing and sales professionals. I was taught self-management, goal setting/achieving, and client representation. What was great about this was I got 1-to-1 training and development from my team lead and I couldn't have asked for a better first career experience. I now am being made a Sr. Account Manager at a startup and I would not have been able to have the confidence to take that I on without my experience here.

Cons

It's an environment that is naturally optimistic and fast paced. That's not what everyone likes. I never understood why people think it's suspicious or uncool to be motivated or positive, but some people do.
