Thank you for your review of our team and your experience! Our team as well as the growth opportunities within our business are of the many reasons why we continue to grow as a company!
In regards to the schedule, a full-time employee schedule is 40-45 hours a week. Additionally, in our three-day training program, the benefits/pay structure are covered in depth. We do provide benefits to all full-time employees after a grace period like most companies. We will use this feedback to emphasize this in future trainings with new employees!
