Pros

I love the morning staff meetings and the coach/player environment Acquire has created. It's not entirely the best fit for everyone because if we're being honest not everyone wants to work hard or perform on a consistent basis. I appreciate the fact that I am recognized daily for accomplishments. Not the norm for every business.

Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe a more defined processes training but that's me being ticky-tack.
