Pros

The culture at Acquire is one of the beat parts of working here. Being able to be yourself while doing something bigger. Not being stuck in a bubble and giving you the opportunity it’s to put your own personality into everything you do. If you are looking for a place to grown personally and advance your career than this is the place for you.

Cons

It’s a Competive work environment. if you can’t handle fast pace then it’s not worth your time.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your review. The culture here at Acquire is extremely important to us and we have worked hard to build it so we are encouraged to hear that it has made such a positive impact on you. We appreciate your helpful advice to management and have discussed your suggestions with them. Ensuring that our employees receive adequate training is another aspect of our business that is important to us so our Directors will absolutely give new employees more training time during their first week if needed. We would have to agree that our work environment is competitive, but we feel that it motivates most of our staff to push towards their goals. However, while we view competitiveness as a positive, we can definitely see where it could be a con for some. Again, thank you so much for your insight into certain aspects of our company that you enjoy and areas where we can improve. We look forward to watching you grow along with us at Acquire! Kind Regards, Acquire Human Resources Dept.

Pros

There are not any pros for working at this job

Cons

The job posting is never for what the position will actually entail. Was told prior to interview on the phone that salary was $35,000-$45,000. Come to find out that it is in fact commission base and my title would be 'Client Rep'

Dear Reviewer, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. During your interview process and onboarding orientation, the trainers take the time to carefully explain the pay structure (which is not commission based) and our training program to make sure employees have a thorough understanding of what is expected. Though your experience was not what we would like to read about, we appreciate your feedback and wish you felt comfortable to approach either the management or administrative team to express your concerns. Best of luck in your next position! Acquire Human Resources Department

Pros

Travel opportunities. You can move up easily.

Cons

You know those people that bug you to buy direct tv & at&t in your local walmart/costco? This is exactly what you'll be doing. You are required to attend mandatory 2 hr long meetings each morning, even on your day off. You have to stand in business attire (heels) for these meetings and listen to the manager brag about how much money he makes. And you leave this nice office just to go stand in walmart. If you don't make your sales, you only get a "salary" of $400 a week. This is okay for maybe a college student or someone young without a family. But if that's not you then please look elsewhere.

Dear Reviewer, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. During your interview process and onboarding orientation, the trainers take the time to carefully explain the pay structure and our training program to make sure employees have a thorough understanding of what is expected. We are a bit confused about who you are referring to as our clients as you mentioned some we do not actually work with. Our team culture is a top priority in creating a positive work environment. Thus, we take immediate action in resolving any reported incidents in which may jeopardize our team. Though your experience was not what we would like to read about, we appreciate your feedback and wish you felt comfortable to approach either the management or administrative team to express your concerns. Best of luck in your next position! Acquire Human Resources Department
