      Pros

      Great company to work for! They care about their employees and it shows. Wine Sergi strives to create a work/life balance for everyone. The workload is large and there is never a dull moment but in my opinion this is job security.

      Cons

      Work load is very demanding. If you are not efficient and organized you could struggle. WS could definitely benefit with hiring one or two more clerical associates.

      Agree with previous review that no cons to working at wine sergi.

      Cons

      Agree with previous review that management does not manage it is trying to keep your head above water without getting in trouble for not doing enough. No organization and training was minimal as there was never enough time for anyone to properly train. CEO responds well to people who butter up and ignores all others. Agree also with rules are made to fit situations. Busy is one thing. Work being thrown at you and expect you to work 50-60 hours a week regularly to finish is unrealistic. Pay is not enough for those hours. Don't expect to move up either. Turn over had been high for last 5 years. They need to keep what they have.

      Pros

      Great group of people. Management provides the tools needed to grow in this industry and encourages their employees to do so. They are always right by your side and happy to help anyway they can. They are very good about showing appreciation toward their employees, and rewarding them for their hard work. Very generous PTO time as they feel very strongly about work/life balance. It is a great workplace, great people, and you feel like you are part of a family.

      Cons

      You will never find yourself bored, which is common in this industry and not a bad thing at all.
