It seems like a great place to work. Beautiful office, setting, campus, etc...

Cons

They misrepresented themselves as a PEO, but are actually a PEO broker. They were reluctant to hire me as an employee, only offered an independent contractor position without any real access to their facilities. I had a very large and golden production opportunity that I presented to them. They made very attractive promises directly to me and the company regarding matching premium quotes and substantially lower deductibles (10% of their current), but in the end were unable to even provide a quote. Made us all look like fools.
