Pros

They will overpay for you to join with a "promise" of an annual bonus

Cons

- If you’ve read the negative reviews, believe them. I truly regret wasting part of my career at this company. - Promises of bonuses are almost always empty. The owner, Greg Williams, ensures he and his private investors are taken care of first. Employees are an afterthought. - The data and infrastructure are shockingly outdated and disorganized. It’s hard to understand how the company is still operating. - HR is completely incompetent—from the CHRO down. They are clueless and provide no real support. - Work-life balance? Nonexistent. - Acrisure treats you like a number, not a person. There is no sense of value or respect for employees. - Steer clear if you value integrity, support, and balance. - A toxic environment with empty promises don’t fall for it.

Pros

Some of the people were nice. Compensation was good, benefits were not.

Cons

Look up the definition of hostile work environment and you’ll understand what it’s like to work here. The cultural problems this company is up against will take years to fix. Lacking vision and strategy. Organizational structure is weak and senior management doesn’t trust the downline. Got to the point where I hated going into the office, and feared retaliation. Glad I left when I did.

Pros

Seemed like a good benefits, if you get a chance to stay.

Cons

Was there less than 2 weeks, they decided I wasn’t retaining the information well/fast enough for them and let me go a week and a half in. Felt like they made a snap judgment without even being given a chance, but that’s on them.
