Pros

The product is incredibly powerful and has found product market fit. This might sound nerdy, but it's incredibly powerful to work for a early stage company that has found product market fit so early. Customers and prospects seem to just get it. This makes the rest of the work very fun. We are focused on building something scaleable and explosive. Outside of the actual product, most of the front office team works remote. So your work/life balance is really defined by you. And, even though many employees work remote, the executive team does a great job of making everyone feel connected and included.

Cons

There is certainly a shift going on in the organization, culturally. Oftentimes this can cause a rift between old employees and the new ones, but Acrolinx seems to be stemming this as well as they can. Just something to be aware of.

Pros

Healthy working environment where your opinion not only matters, you are encouraged and expected to speak up, share your thoughts and contribute. The leadership executives are open and approachable and have built a respectful rapport with their wider teams. Strikes me that lots of new hires in the past 12 months have upturned some old working habits and injected a new type of energy.

Cons

There are many gaps in processes and sometimes things you would expect just aren't there. Nevertheless, if you know how to improve things and volunteer to do it, you will be given the opportunity.

Pros

Acrolinx fosters a positive work environment filled with great people. I feel that I'm constantly learning and doing meaningful work. Great work-life balance, fun events, and amazing people make it a pleasure to come in everyday.
