Pros

I have grown with this company from an individual contributor to a director position in my 3 years of employment. Each step along the way was growth nurtured by the leadership team.

Cons

Sometimes such quick growth can be unsettling but the leadership decisions are sound.

Great Place to Work

Pros

You're opinion matters a great deal here, we can literally ask the CEO anything as we meet with him as a company on a regular basis. Growth is huge, since it is a smaller company. The work you do is interesting, as we are working on interesting and new products.

Cons

Later meetings as we work with other time zones/countries from time to time. Lots of meetings as we have a lot of remote workers. The 401k is new, so contributions is pretty standard
