      There are some talented staff. Downtown office is in a nice location near the Max.

      Chaotic management more focused on high churn, burnout, and meetings than making meaningful changes.

      Failing company. poor leadership.

      Pros

      The employees are great--a lot of great people trying hard to develop great product. Culture is good. A nice work place. Lunches provided every other Wednesday.

      Cons

      The company has been declining in revenue and customer base for years. We've gone through multiple RIFs, including one just recently in Q2'25. One failed acquisition. Sales keeps missing targets. Leadership doesn't know what to do, has no vision (that we know of), and rarely talks to us.
