I enjoyed my time at Action. I learned a lot and met a lot of really great people. In the end, it wasn’t the right career for me, but I like the company and wish them all the best.

Cons

None. It just wasn’t a good fit.

Pros

Action puts a ton of money into the equipment and the vans. They never give out. It’s SOP to check everything before we go out for the day and if we find that anything isn’t working, we immediately report it to get it fixed or replaced. I’ve never been out on a call where something I needed was missing or didn’t work.

Cons

For everything we do and how taxing it is emotionally, mentally, and physically, we should be paid more.
