Pros
Pay is decent, but there is no pay scale. It's based on what you can talk them into. I make over $1 less per hour than someone who has 4 years less experience in the field, a year less experience as an AEMT, and 6 months with the company vs my 4 years. Terrible.
Cons
Terrible management. I don't even know how they're still in business. It's like an 90s style business model. Junk ambulances. Manual stretchers. They don't care about the employees physical well-being.
