Pros
Crews work for the common goals set forward by Upper Management. Operation supervisors support the crews as much as they can. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Upper Management is disconnected from Operations and crews. They are reactive instead of being proactive in terms of planning and operations. Many of the best and longest tenured dispatchers, road crews and Operation Supervisors as well as other support staff have gone elsewhere due lack of real backing from Upper Management.
