Clinic environment filled with passionate BCBAs and amazing therapist! ABC has a unique culture that welcomes individuals to be their fun and amazing selves! The BCBA team is extremely passionate, ethical, and competent and really strive hard everyday to provide a great ABA experience for patients, families, and staff! Caseloads are capped at 8 patients which allows you the time as a BCBA to focus on providing quality services. Mini teams with RBTs are great because they get to learn the patients more intimately, have opportunities to work with varying types of patients, and streamlines training.

Cons

The company is growing ( which is great) but at a rapid pace. Lots of process changes and can be difficult and/or a bit overwhelming to ensure you are keeping up with all of them in a efficient manner. Pathways for growth and professional advancement are not clear or well communicated ( however I think this maybe improving a bit).
