      ABC is a great place to work. The company has made so many great changes over the last year and really cares about their employees. A lot of opportunities for internal growth and overall a great place to work!

      Cons

      ABC is still a newer company that is growing at such a fast rate. There are a lot of changes that happen that can sometimes be hard to adapt to.

      I have never felt more supported by a company, nor have I ever worked for a company and with a team that is so passionate about what they do. Every decision made is in the best interest of our kiddos and every single person working for ABC is here to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Additional pros of working for ABC; - Free lunch on Fridays - Happy Hours (pre and post covid) - Excellent Benefits - PLENTY of career advancement opportunities - Work hard PLAY HARD culture - Supportive leadership team I could go on and on, but am so happy to have found a home with ABC!

      Cons

      We are a growing company, therefore there are some inefficiencies that are still being worked out. This is to be expected with any company during a period of growth and ABC acknowledges the need for change in certain processes.

      Great benefits for all employees. ABC values culture and the well being of their employees. COVID precautions for staff and children are unlike any other. ABC creates teams that feel like family and holds that to the highest regard. Upper leadership is very communicative.
