      Schedules can change on a day to day basis so your day can be a little unpredictable.

      Pros

      I have worked for ABC for over two years and I have been loving every second of it! I have seen ABC grow overtime while also maintaining the best clinical standards in its industry. This company truly values their employees in all departments. One thing I love about ABC is they value the importance of growth internally. Also during these uncertain times with COVID I can say I feel very safe coming to work with all the proactive policies ABC has put into place.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons about ABC. ABC is the reason I am currently still living in Texas :).

      Great Post-Undergrad Job

      Pros

      As a RBT, the support is unparalleled. When I was hired there was no training department but despite that everyone is passionate about ABA & the dedication to their kids- everyone was so eager to teach/train. Now there is a training team in place to ensure quality across all centers. Everyone in the clinic is always available to help in addition to the BCBA's- who are always onsite & available. There is a very apparent team effort that goes into the day to day operations. ABC also embraces individuals interests. The start up culture allows for growth between departments, which makes it a great post-undergrad job!

      Cons

      Management continues to change and find better/new ways to improve, however sometimes communication can be lacking.
