      Love every second of my job!

      Pros

      Small caseloads for BCBAs, great team approach, staff appreciation (lunch on Fridays). It seemed too good to be true when I applied and this job has delivered more than what was promised! Despite this horrible pandemic that we are all experiencing, I wouldn't want to be with any other company. The steps upper management have been taking to take care of their kiddos and staff during this difficult time solidifies my leap of faith to move across multiple states to work here. I'm SO happy that I found ABC and get to be a part of this family!

      Good company, great people

      I've met nice and fun people working here and they give free breakfast and lunch once a week

      Cons

      People don't want to talk about issues with anyone higher up because they feel uncomfortable. It takes a while for them to get back to someone or nothing changes or the person gets shut down

      Pros

      Excellent training and organization, they truly provide the best early intervention therapy for their clients. The BCBA's and Clinical Directors do a wonderful job of not only promoting high ethical and clinical standards but also an easy going, and joyful work environment for the technicians and clients.

      Cons

      Some small drama between technicians as to be expected with the amount of employees in the environment, slight over staffing/too many kids for the clinic
