At ABC, we provide high-quality therapy for kids with autism. Every day is different, fun, and so rewarding! The salaries are great, and are based on experience, performance, and duration of employment. The work environment is warm and relaxed, with lots of fun perks, like free lunch Friday! We get amazing benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and lots of PTO. Our clinical supervisors and management are supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. There are also opportunities for advancement for those who continue their education. This is absolutely one if the best places for an ABA therapist to work.

Pros

ABC is one of the best companies that I have ever worked for. The atmosphere and environment here is amazing. The owners and management truly care about the employees as well as the patients that are treated here. In kind, the staff is devoted, educated and passionate about what they do. I've worked in some really stressful environments and I feel at home here. I'm encouraged to continue my education, to take time for myself and my family and supported no matter what. I'm excited to come to work everyday and I look forward to working with my coworkers, my supervisor, and management. ABC really is a second home and my favorite company to have ever worked for.

Pros

Consistant pay regardless of client attendance. Regular clients so rapport and trust is built easily between parents, kids, and therapist. Supportive team and positive atmosphere. BCBAs are very hands on and available for help and advi se. Most days get a 2 hour “float” to help those in a session, to relax, and/or ready materials. Regular meetings to the team stays on the same page. 20+ days paid holiday/time off.

Cons

Have to use PTO for sick days. Upper management a little bit intimidating but mostly friendly. Weeks are about 42 hours but you usually get a 2 hour float period daily. No promotions but we do get yearly salary retainers and end of year/performance bonuses!
