      Not a place to stay for the long term

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, many great staff members. Most of the individual schools are run very well.

      Cons

      The corporate office is very clear that their employees are expendable. They put a lot of pressure on the school site directors to enroll students and constantly add new expectations without care to the overall functioning of the school. Fringe benefits are extremely limited. Employees pay half of all benefits and there is no 401k matching program. Pay, such as bereavement leave is difficult to get authorized, even though it is the law.

      Pros

      It was great experience for me. The employees are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The schools are very professional and the teachers are very qualified. They teach a quality curriculum and they are always improving their schools to make sure they have the latest technology to create a fun and quality learning environment.

      If you do not like working with kids this is not the job for you

      There is a flexible schedule for this position. If you love working with kids, this is an amazing hands on experience.

      Depending on the different sites, you will need to adjust your personality toward different staff.
