I’ve worked in technology sales for many years, and for just over a year now at Action1. The Action1 platform is hands-down the easiest solution I’ve ever sold because it really works! I often get emails from customers who go out of their way to tell me how much they love it, which helps make my job incredibly rewarding. The owners genuinely care about both their customers and their employees, creating a culture where people feel valued and supported. I’m truly grateful to be part of such a dedicated, innovative, and positive team. Action1 has been a career highlight for me, and I’m excited for what’s ahead!

Rapid growth is seriously awesome. The company culture is amazing and the work life balance is second to none. I have not experienced even the slightest bit of micromanagement and I have excellent relationships with my manager as well as my colleagues. As long as you are doing your job you are good to go.
