Pros

Actually has a great worklife balance and they are constantly growing. This year has been the greatest year they've had since I've been here for the past six years. More clients keep coming all the time.

Cons

I haven't found too many cons. Sometimes projects come up extremely fast giving very little amount of time to prepare but we always seem to pull through.

Work in the field. No one yelling at you or tellin you what you have to do, and they treay to like adults.

Cons

Managers have their favorites so that's how you get hours. You get laid off and sometimes called back a few times a year. There is not a chance to get promoted its normally done by default, accident or who you know.
