Their solutions provide no actual value to the end-user. The only ROI metric they can tout is “time savings” - the only reason their clients save time after adopting their platform is because the clients were previously doing 100% of their registrations manually. You can look at the tenure of their leaders to get an idea of how bad it is. Managers/directors/VPs never stick with the company for more than a year. Once they get in and realize how below par the products are and he misaligned the pricing strategy they leave.
