Pros

Great place to work and middle management does seem to genuinely care about its employees. Employee morale is pretty high.

Cons

Some issues with both teams and projects getting siloed. Teams struggle with planning for and implementing changes to work processes. Internal communications leave something to be desired. Salaries need improvement across the board to keep talent in place.

Pros

Great culture/environment, good location, employee engagement

Cons

Massive Turnover (both with employees and organizational structure), Opportunity for growth is there but compensation is a joke if already an existing employee, It's expected you do the job you want for over a year before you earn the title or pay, headcount stays low because it's expected that the existing employees take on more responsibility instead of filling empty reqs

Pros

None, location stinks, you will spend $200/month for parking or public transportation. No product marketing, no sales enablement, limited product development, Only positive is the discounted YMCA membership.

Cons

Pay is well below industry, quotas are unattainable. Throughout the entire recruiting and hiring process you will be lied to. They will lie to you about how well the company is performing, they will lie to you about the culture, they will lie to you about advancement opportunities. Also their products are 3 to 5 years behind the competition, and they charge 5 to 10x more than their competitors. Any tech-savvy person could easily duplicate the technical capabilities of their solutions with free online google forms and a low-cost/free email tool like mail chimp. Their solutions provide no actual value to the end-user. The only ROI metric they can tout is “time savings” - the only reason their clients save time after adopting their platform is because the clients were previously doing 100% of their registrations manually. You can look at the tenure of their leaders to get an idea of how bad it is. Managers/directors/VPs never stick with the company for more than a year. Once they get in and realize how below par the products are and he misaligned the pricing strategy they leave.
