Pros

Some really great co-workers.... since this management team joined, no other positives can be stated unfortunately. Wish there were more.

Cons

- Top bad move - moving product dev to China including UX/BA. What a joke! - English is horrible for many and mass confusion - Coders making a mess - rework constantly - Production issues through the roof - really upset customers - Impact to North American employees very negative - picking up the pieces and time-zone/language barriers brutal - Most subject matter experts have quit. What's next? No one left who knows anything. - In impacted markets, Customers leaving in droves - Employees who saw/see where this is leading, have left or are leaving in droves. First it was Technology, then it was Operations and now finally Sales is getting hit hard. "A" performers leaving because they see no future. - Work Hard, Work Harder.... is the mantra. There's "no play". How can there be with these type of decisions?

Pros

They have free bagels on Friday.

Cons

I never imagined I would work for a company like this! First HR deceived me during the interview/hiring process. My manager and VP have never worked in the field that they are managing. Therefore you are on your own. They don't have one on one meetings or team meetings. And they will throw you under the bus. I saw it happen. There is no direction or communication of any kind from the executives. This company cares nothing about the employees and are focused only on the bottom line.

Pros

Very smart, forward-thinking employees. Good for entry-level graduates or resume-building. Best in technology work solutions. Good discounts on active gear. Great location IF you live downtown.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have a clue about how to contribute to good (not even great), just good employee satisfaction. They show up during quarterly reviews and employee functions, but otherwise communication is "closed door". Turnover is very high because employees are overworked, underpaid, and their work/life balance is non-existent. Health insurance is okay if you never plan to get sick or have a baby.
