Pros

Remodeled offices and that's about it.

Cons

This is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. If you are in sales I would highly suggest taking all of the warnings on Glasdoor seriously. Since Vista Equity Partners took the reigns the quotas have been unattainable. The large majority of reps and managers fail and instead of working to solve the broken processes upper management blames everyone except for themselves. Mass layoffs are normal and if you aren't prepared to get screamed at then don't plan on working here. VPs and upper management lead by fear. No one in the sales organization respects upper management, they fear them. It is hands down the most broken sales organization you will ever see. Do not believe the hype they sell you when you walk into the new offices. It is all a scam to try and sell you on what Active used to be which was a great place to work. There is zero work life balance and you are looked down upon if you suggest there should be. Any communication from management on how to better things is frowned upon and will ultimately cost you your job. Do yourself a favor and find something else. It will be the best decision you ever make.

Pros

Fancy DFW HQ with free drinks and covered parking, and the false hope that a once solid company will somehow recreate itself as a data leader in a space that really isn't asking for it.

Cons

Senior Management as a whole is derelict in their leadership. Quota and system "improvements" are the order of the day, and if you can't manage to waste enough time updating SFDC while making a quota fit for an SAP titan you are threatened. This Darko guy is really another story, and you could lick the hand of any of his staff and taste his diaphragm because they are so far up his arse!!! This company is like about to become Blockbuster Video!
