Culture tanked, not what it used to be
Pros
Worked with a great group of people. I was brought on to be a strategic and senior level account executive, but they eventually turned all of sales into a call center. The senior reps who were were good at sales moved on. There was still a good work life balance when I was there, but I'm not sure what became of that when I left. Decent products in a flooded market, attainable quotas. Might still be a good FIRST JOB out of college, unfortunately anyone worth a damn has moved on so look for RESUME EXPERIENCE but not for career growth.
Cons
Commission structure is smoke and mirrors. They fluff it up like your gonna make great money, but it is such a lie. I saw through their 'new and improved' comp plan, called them out on it and middle management was embarrassed and said I was right, but they couldn't do anything. I was brought on to be a strategic and senior level account executive, but they eventually turned all of sales into a call center. The senior reps who were were good at sales moved on. If you were not a sheep and fall in line, you were quickly outed as a 'bad seed and they would try to make your life miserable (I witnessed on multiple accounts). 2 year tenure had me with 5 different managers. One of them was great, but he quickly wised up and split. The rest were fools, either not knowing how to manage, or not knowing how to sell. Senior management would read a book, then implement a bunch of policies, then read a new book and implement different policies. Much of the middle and upper management was promoted within (at least in the sales side) was in place simply because they've been there a while, not for skill/ability.
