Pros

I honestly can't think of one.

Cons

Unorganized, no guidance, high turnover, managers have no clue what they're doing, nobody cares. I quite and it was the best decision ever. Waste of a year. RUN!!!!!!

Pros

The office space was very modern and cool. We had TWO ping pong tables. Bagel Friday was nice. The other benefit was the other people I worked with (non managers).

Cons

The directors are terrified of upper management. They put so much pressure that employees new to the management field can't implement anything they want. There were multiple occasions and stories of employees having to work well into the late night because of pressures from C-Level management on last minute projects completely crippling any authority direct managers might have. The company refused to purchase any learning resources for our company. Multiple times our managers would get a free trial to a learning service like pluralsight and after the trial ran out, we lost that valuable resource. I've heard almost an entire floor of designers and developers are gone from their massive hiring in 2014.

Pros

Modern office with great location for a young workforce. There's a lot of smart people here and some great ideas. Ok Pay, Bagel Fridays, free soda, bike parking.

Cons

Leadership that isn't "Active" and presents half-baked ideas with impossible timelines. Expected to know a lot but given no time or leeway to learn and integrate into a team. Distributed teams and international workforce could have your boss in another country. They let employees go with no warning instead of working with them or implementing PIPs or better training. Veiled communication and leadership will say one thing and do another.
