There is a strong company culture. Growth opportunities. There is a constant organizational change in systems, management, and overall team structure.

Cons

The nature of company growth from acquisitions made for a lot of layoffs of fellow employees and limited training in transitions.

Pros

They really are supportive in your work and health. Incredibly easy to work as a team and without sounding corny, it feels like a family.

Cons

They are still working on becoming more focused and less spread out, so I personally think they still need allot of work on full integration's.
