Pros

I worked at the London office a.k.a. the EMEA office. I had the best on-boarding of my career! Both in London and Dallas, it was really organized and it set people for success. It's been a great school to work in SaaS and this is why I am happy to review them with 3 stars.

Cons

EMEA office....in reality the focus is mainly on UKI & little Nordics and it doesn't penetrate the European market, thus if you're not British or Irish don't expect an effective career at Active. Furthermore the culture, in London, is pretty poor. The office is run by gorillas and the behaviour of some senior employees is lame tending to micromanagement.

Pros

Market leading product with a huge amount of investment. Very well connected staff in the Endurance space, with more top tier global reference accounts than anyone else in the space. Active essentially created the market and has continued to lead. Great relationships with customers and internal support to deliver what Sales & Account Management need for their customers. UK has one of the coolest tech offices in London. A very fun, close, high energy team in all departments. The UK Office has a fantastic culture, its a perfect mix of Sports & Tech minded people who love what they do.

Cons

Trying to get product developments through which are UK specific was sometimes a challenge, but i understand that has now changed with product leadership based in the UK. The product still easily beats anything else in the market, but it is the most expensive, As long as you learn to sell on product & value there is a great opportunity
