Salaries are well below the national average Active X - the company workout program, while it means well detracts from productivity, and brings down team morale for those who are actually working during the 2 hr mid-day workout. Management seems to always be covering their mistakes instead of taking responsibility No professional growth or career paths offered Leadership is given to unqualified individuals Employees are either ignored or told they are replaceable. Workloads are out of control for some departments and then non-existent for others
