      Pros

      Great people that understand there is more to life than just a job Growing company - still in its "early" stages and is great to be a part of Management encourages you to take your PTO Work hard and you will be recognized Taking initiative will get you places

      Cons

      Too many responsibilities sometimes for just one person Active X (the workout offered) is a bit clique-ish

      - company culture - active lifestyle - the people that Active attracts - a lot of room for personal growth - a lot of room for career growth for top performers - continual focus on improving products

      Cons

      - this is a very dynamic environment - if you don't like change, this place isn't for you - if you aren't a self-starter Active would be a tough place to work

      Pros

      Very nice people. A Relaxed vibe most of the time. Beer drinkers will feel right at home at the Active Network.

      Cons

      Management and above have little experience, extremely difficult to work with. Disproportionate amount of time spent on 'SDLC' and processes discussion, yet no progress made in that area, resulting in disorganization and slipping schedules. "Sink or Swim" and "Trial by Fire" is the management style. No mentor-ship, training or career paths are offered.
