      Pros

      I get to work from home. Training was very easy. Great managers, team leaders and co-workers. Phone rings all day. Most of the customers are awesome. You get your own equipment from the company (computer, keyboard, mouse and headset telephone).

      Cons

      You must request time off in 3 weeks or more, which could be hard for some who have things that come up unexpectedly. Pay for reservation agents is only $7.50 per hour. You will have a mean customer sometimes, but that is to be expected in this line of work.

      - Ability to work with top consumer brands and high profile tech customers - Great mgmt. team that truly cares about company culture - Autonomy to do my job without micro-mgmt and hierarchy - Excellent work/life balance; lots of employee-focused programs - Nice to work for a company that cares about its impact to society and not just the bottom line - Exposure to many different vertical markets, which provides great experience

      Cons

      - Has grown very fast in a short time -- interoffice communications and processes are still catching up - Too many products are currently supported -- consolidation is under way

      - company culture - active lifestyle - the people that Active attracts - a lot of room for personal growth - a lot of room for career growth for top performers - continual focus on improving products

      Cons

      - this is a very dynamic environment - if you don't like change, this place isn't for you - if you aren't a self-starter Active would be a tough place to work
