Pros

I am part of a great team at ACTIVE, and my group is treated with a respect I do not see in other departments. The pay is good for this role, and there is a certain amount of transparency with upper management. Work-life balance is an important part of the ideology in my department.

Cons

Health benefits and parking are expensive. 401k match is nearly non-existent and does not offer a wide variety of investment options. Employees should get at least 2-3 sick days in addition the their PTO. Field sales should be treated as such and be allowed to work from home.
