Pros

Great people to work with. They really value employee engagement and creating an active company culture by encouraging employees to participate in intramural sports, in-house yoga and exercise training.

Cons

High turn over rate from the director level, upper management and junior employees. During my time there, you would frequently notice shuffling of upper management positions, as well as those leaving the company entirely without any reasoning. They recently made huge layoffs too. The climate there is highly unstable and wouldn't suggest anyone looking for job security to apply at Active.
