      Pros

      Relaxing Environment Great Employees Work from Home I started working for the Active Network in May The training was very easy to understand and most of it was self paced You have a team that is there to support you when you need help. For the most part you do not need to deal with angry costumers. The job is simple. This company has been so great and understanding about the fact that I was recently diagnosed with a illness and have needed to take time off work, I couldn't be happier at this point.

      Cons

      Talking on the phone can become boring and repetitive. Pay is low for work at home Agents The breaks are short and don't happen often

      Pros

      It is a very casual work environment Cool activities outside of work Great people to work with.

      Cons

      The folks that were brought in from Monster are terrible, inept, and clueless. They have little understanding of enterprise software, much less how to manage basic engineering teams. Product VP and Engineering VP are never on the same page. They manage by fear. No solid game plan for the future. No product vision or innovation. Turnover is extremely high. Lower end of the wage scale, they don't even give out stock options or RSU's. I would stay away.

      - Flexible work schedule; - Mostly nice and professional co-workers.

      Cons

      - Clueless and ignorant management; - Lots of office politics; - Non-existent performance bonuses (average bonus in the company is $600 a year); - Benefits and compensation are on the lower end of the market; - Amount of red tape in the company grows exponentially.
