      A nightmare stay away!!!

      Pros

      Not really any this place has turned into a micro managed nightmare they treat their employees like slaves. The economy and a work force with few college graduates has made a perfect environment for a employer to exploit its employees.

      Cons

      Horrible management that is not on site, the managers that are on site are only puppets to do the real decision makers bidding. Those decision makers have no idea about the business needs of the clients in the Greenwood Village office. They love to micro manage with no objective in sight, they fail to plan and plan to fail.

      Pros

      Ability to work independently, no feeling of micromanagement, flexibility with time off, availability to work at home as needed

      Cons

      Information is shared internally in scattered, unorganized manner. Too many processes/requests are manual and require e-mail. Virtually no training provided. There is little motivation nor opportunities to advance within the company.

      Most of the people in the office are nice.

      Cons

      You don't get promoted unless you have an RN or a DR behind your name. Even that is based on you being bff's with the management team.
