      Good location Flexible Schedule A lot of nice people

      Cons

      Too much energy and time spent in trying to adapt corporate mentality and methodology of the parent company that does not work for AHM. Huge mid management layer, unfortunately mostly consistent of the people carrying about they own political cloud rather than the business. They are big burden on people that are intelligent and do the actual work. The working folk gets meaningless and useless requests that needs have to fulfill from multiple managers. The company’s structure looks like an inverted cone.

      Very smart people, entrepreneurial types-senior management usually is open to ideas from all areas of the company. Work from home opportunities available.

      Cons

      Poor management abilities-most senior management does not have good long term management skills. People management is lacking-growth opportunities are sparse. People tend to be spread thin.
